Why No Returns or Exchanges

We understand how important it is to have the flexibility to return or exchange products. However, everything at Customize Your Luck (CYL) is uniquely tailored to one person—crafted specifically for you and no one else.

Each lucky charm you “invite” from CYL is blessed by a high monk or Taoist master, exclusively for you. These items are personalized based on your 'Wu Xing Ba Zi' (Five Elements and Birth Chart) and your individual wishes. During the blessing process, the high monks and masters offer their prayers specifically for you, making the charm truly one-of-a-kind and energetically aligned with your personal journey.

Since each item is made and blessed just for you, we cannot resell returned or exchanged products. The process involves considerable time, care, and cost—from a personal reading by a master, to crafting the charm, sending it to the temples for blessings, and ensuring it clears customs after international shipping. 

And for real, as a small business, we cannot absorb the expenses associated with offering free returns or exchanges due to the highly customized nature of our products. 

EXCEPTION: Shipping Damage
If your blessed object arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please take photos and videos as soon as you unpack the item and email them to us at cyl@customizeyourluck.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will review the damage, and if verified, we’ll replace the item or offer a full refund promptly.
