Why does it take up to 30 days to ship?

Creating a truly personalized blessing takes time.

Once you place an order, we begin by conducting a personal reading based on the information you provide, such as your birthdate, birthplace, and your wishes. This reading is essential for crafting a one-of-a-kind lucky charm aligned with your unique energy. The charm is then sent to a Buddhist or Taoist temple, where high monks or Tao masters perform a sacred blessing ceremony—known as the "enlightenment invitation"—to empower the object specifically for you.

After this process, the charm is shipped internationally, and customs clearance can sometimes cause additional delays. However, we keep you informed at every step. Once your item clears customs, you will receive a shipping notification with real-time tracking.

Can I expedite the process?

Yes! We offer an expedited service for a fee of $99, which guarantees that your charm will be shipped within 12 days. If we fail to meet this deadline, your expedition fee will be fully refunded.

We understand that sometimes you may need your lucky items sooner than expected. While the blessing process is sacred and takes time, if you require a faster solution, please reach out to us at cyl@customizeyourluck.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Why no returns or exchanges?

A more philosophical answer is: You can’t return or exchange a blessing.

Practically speaking, each talisman is uniquely customized based on your Four Pillars of Destiny (BaZi) and the Five Elements (Wu Xing). The object is blessed for you and you alone. Given the amount of personalization and the sacred energy infused into each piece, we cannot resell returned or exchanged items.

Additionally, as a small business, we invest significantly upfront—from personal readings to temple blessings—so offering returns would be financially unsustainable.

However, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will replace or refund your order.
